Library Extension built in partnership with Calderdale Council
One of our most recently completed projects - a Library extension at Shelf Village Hall, Halifax.
This project was built using course participants to erect the straw bale walls. We provide on site straw bale, lime and clay plastering and foundation courses as well as have an in-house team of contract straw bale builders. Fore more information about the courses we run click here

We are currently working on 2 semi-detached strawbale building projects - one in Exmoor, which is nearly finished, and the other in Lincolnshire. You can track the progress of the building in Lincolnshire here.
Sworders strawbale showroom - winner of RICS East of England Sustainability Award 2009 and shortlisted for the International RICS Sustainability Awards 2009
The Sworders strawbale showroom built in partnership with amazonails has won the East of England RICS award for Sustainability 2009. It is also the largest straw bale building in the UK to date at 1100 square metres. Find our more about the sworders project here
