Course Booking Terms & Conditions

1.  Bookings & Payment

All course details and dates can be obtained from our website www.amazonails.org.uk.

A booking form can be obtained by emailing info@amazonails.org.uk or a request made by telephoning 01706 814696 or by post to amazonails, Hope Mill, Crescent Street, Todmorden, West Yorkshire, OL14 5HA.

Your payment must be received 14 days prior to the course commencing. For any participants booking within 14 days of the course commencing, payment must be made immediately.

We do not accept any type of card payment and any alternative method of payment must be agreed with the company 14 days prior to the course commencing.

Once we are in receipt of your completed booking form and your preferred method of payment, we will confirm your booking and forward any other essential information 7 days prior to the course commencing.

2.  Course Transfers

Courses can be transferred at no additional charge within 7 days of the course commencing.  An alternative course date will be offered and in the event that there are no places available on your preferred alternative course date, a credit note will be issued to be used with 12 months on any future amazonails course.

One transfer to an alternative course will be allowed and in the event that you are unable to attend the alternative course date agreed, a refund will not be issued.  At the discretion of the company, an additional course date maybe offered.

The company will allow you to nominate a substitute participant in the event that you are unable to attend the course as long as we are notified prior to the course commencing.

3.  Course Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your place on the course and you are able notify the company within 14 days prior to the course commencing, we can offer you a full refund minus an administration fee of 20% of the cost of your course.

In the event that amazonails has to cancel a course, we will endeavor to notify you as soon as possible and a future course date will be offered.  Alternatively, you will be entitled to a full refund with no administration fee applicable however; the company will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

4.  Non-Attendance

If you fail to attend the course and you do not notify the company, the full course fee will remain payable and no transfer or refund will be given only in exceptional circumstances.

5.  Amendments to our Terms & Conditions

amazonails is aware that some circumstances arise that are unavoidable.  We therefore, reserve the right to amend our Terms & Conditions on an individual basis.
